Resources for Survivors of Military Sexual Trauma:

Service Women’s Action Network SWAN believes that our troops deserve to serve in a military without fear of rape, sexual harassment or sexual assault, and without fear of retaliation for reporting. In order to accomplish this, SWAN advocates for better victims protections, professionalized and impartial prosecution of crimes, and increasing individual and institutional accountability by allowing service members to sue in civil court.
Lone Survivor Lone Survivor Foundation is here to help America's wounded service members and their families adjust to the effects of their experiences and help them transition into what may be looked at as their 'new normal' – providing an understanding and acceptance of who they are as a person, a family, and a community. It gives participants skills to manage trauma symptoms, and guides them towards resolving and accepting their past, and the inspiration to move forward in their lives in a meaningful way.
Warriors At Ease Our mission is to increase awareness about the power of yoga and meditation and educate a network of professionals qualified to share evidenced-based practices through programs that support the health and healing of service members, veterans and their families.
